After we receive your request, our team will inspect the proof or cause for the refund and process your refund. For credit/debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your card statement.
If you have initiated the return after 10 to 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
